Nothing has changed, and there is no account to create

Microsoft asked for admin approval because the account you signed in with cannot approve applications for your organisation. That is expected and nothing went wrong.

To finish, please forward the approval link to a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator in your organisation, or open it again and choose "Have an admin account? Sign in with that account".

You do not need a Planora login for any of this. If you are unsure who your administrator is, reply to your Hopton contact and we will help.
